Seventh year. Bee had absolutely no idea how she made it this far or what she was going to do once her formal magical education drew to a conclusion next June. Now was not really the time to think about though. Unlike some of her fellow seventh years, she hadn't spent seven years at Hogwarts. Four years in Ilvermorny and only the last two here in Scotland which admittedly she still wasn't used to the grayness. Although it did make flying conditions much easier - it wasn't a foregone conclusion that she'd be going professional, but the fact that she had proved her worth on the team last year and then again on the U-17 this past summer, it was definitely a possibility. If she wanted that life.

She glanced down the table to welcome the new first year Hufflepuffs, "Bailey Crawford," she said by way of introduction. "But you can just call me Bee" No Aurora, she was going to have to make new confident this year. Or at the very least write her older friend often and schedule for a Hogsmeade girls day.

How was he in third year already? Ayden glanced around looking for his brother and sisters, just taking it all in as he deliberated what electives he might try this year. His mother would probably want him to pick up things like Arithmancy and Ancient Runes, but Ayden wasn't sure that he had the attention span for such theological studies. All those symbols and what would that get him?

Brushing a brown curl back, he glanced up at the staff dais attentively when the headmaster began speaking. What would this year bring? New friends? Old friends? Perhaps he ought to try some new extracurriculars, but he still wasn't sure he wanted to do quidditch. Yes it ran his bloodline, but he never felt that competitive drive. Exhaling sharply, he just listened to side banter, not feeling very talkative (not that it was a new thing)
