Upon entering the History of Magic classroom, you'll initially notice that there is nothing unusual about the classroom layout. The desks stand in their typical rows, and the room sits at its usual temperature for this chilly morning, neither too cold nor too warm. Professor Amstern stands by her desk at the front, ready to greet you as you enter.

But as you enter, perhaps you now notice a single item set on top of each desk. It is a silver hand mirror, with the mirror-side face down. If you pick it up, you’ll find your reflection difficult to view – the mirror is quite dirty.

Come on in, and take a seat. Class will begin shortly.
