But more than confused, she was WORRIED. Anything could happen to her cat, and she didn't even want to think about it. So she was definitely NOT panicking when she was searching all over the place. Nope. Not at alllll. She was being completely calm and collected.
It was just when she was about to have a break down that she saw him making his way towards the fountain. There was Id and Nessy! Oreo clearly had known that his friend was here. Aurora shook her head, now amused. Crisis was completely averted.
Grinning, she made her way over to where Id, Nessy, and Oreo were. "I guess we are having a playdate now." Aurora laughed, though she had to admit that she wasn't thrilled about the idea of it being here; she had always found this fountain rather unsettling.
Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out some money and tossed it into the fountain before taking her seat beside her friend. "How's it going?" She wanted to know all about his vacation.
Aurora was okay for the moment, but she was also yare. She didn’t trust the fountain, and knew that it would eventually do something.
Their eyes hidden behind the stylist shades, Idris and Nequik observed the many humans - and occasional pets - milling about. Of course there were many of the two-legged sort around: this wasn't a sylvan sort of place, after all. The pair was not at all judging anyone though… on second thought, Nessy might be. Peeking down at his furbaby, Id noted that Nes’ head was moving slightly from left to right as he observed the happenings around him.
Id’s own head did a sudden crane when he saw via his peripheral vision something streak towards him. “NESSY!!! IT’S OREO!” That meant…
“RORY!”
The Gryffindor grinned in delight as she sat next to him and Nessy meowed in greeting to her and Oreo. “It’s going great! Nessy and I are people watching!” There was a short pause. “How did you and Oreo know we were here?” |
