From the darker band of trees at the glen's edge, shapes stepped forward with the quiet certainty of things that had always belonged there. Hooves pressed down upon leaf and twig without sound. Branches bowed aside rather than snapped. Light caught on flank and shoulder and only then did it become unmistakable what had been watching.

At their fore was Astol, tall and sturdy, his dark coat dusted with flecks of silver. His eyes lifted briefly to the canopy, taking note of something above the mortal plane, before settling on those gathered. At his side walked Kaelion, broader of chest and quieter in demeanor, a leather strap crossing his torso from which a bushel of small pouches hung. Behind them came Elatha, pale maned and serene, her gaze lingering with particular interest on each student.

Astol inclined his head toward Professor Cox [sweetpinkpixie]. "We come at Thereos' request," he grunted. "And brought mallowsweet and dittany for each of you two-legs."

Kaelion stepped forward and adjusted the leather strap across his chest, settling the pouches openly at his side before coming to a complete stop. "Come," he beckoned the two-leg foals [all characters], his voice rough like bark over stone.

Elatha’s attention shifted then, her gaze settling on the bleeding female student [Nordic Witch]. Without a word, she stepped closer, stopping a respectful distance away and lowering her head slightly so they were eye to eye.

"May I?" she asked, one hand already hovering near a small bundle of herbs at her belt. "The Chalice Star stands steady tonight, and when it does, blood remembers how to slow itself." Her gaze lifted briefly, as if tracing something only she could see beyond the canopy, before returning to the injured. "This is minor," she continued calmly, "and best seen to while the sky still favors us."
