Nathaniel covered a yawn with his hand as he entered the classroom. He'd gone to sleep late last night, partly from studying and partly because he'd had trouble falling asleep for whatever reason, so the fatigue lingered. But this was a subject he liked, so he had no intention of sleeping during class ~~even if a nap would be nice~~. It wasn't worth missing potentially crucial information for his exams.

"Mornin', Professor," he said. He noted the students who had already arrived, like Paul and Idris and Aurora, and offered a casual nod if they happened to look his way, but otherwise he was silent as he found a seat in the back row to sit in.
