~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ Claimed by Bits ❤️ ~ Queen of Typos ❄ Magical Mosh Pit ❄ The moment leading up to the entry to the School happened to be one of Jon’s favourites. He loved watching the new students finding out what their House would be, and each year, he hoped there would be one of those rare moments when a student got to choose their House. He wished it had happened for him but hey, he wasn’t going to complain. He loved being a Papillonlisse. Better yet, he got to share the experience with Serge. Speaking of his friend, he caught the other guy’s eyes and grinned. “Everything’s off to a smooth start but let’s not jinx it, shall we?” Jonathan hoped that the new school year would be good to them. Naturally, his thoughts also wandered to Serena, sending silent good vibes to her as she was now off doing her own thing. The sixth year clapped as one Emari Dolph became the latest to join Ombrelune. Needless to say, Jon was excited to see a couple faces to join his House, hopefully soon.
A movement in the sky caught his eye. It was a bird though it was too much at a distance for him to make out what it was. Probably one of those mundane birds native to the Pyrenees Mountains. Probably a magical one. Who knew? And who knew why Léo was sitting in a tree? Jon shot him a curious look, then an even more curious one as the vial was noticed. Now an eyebrow arched as if asking, “No forbidden substance in there, right?” Sahil was always quite delighted to watch the new ones being placed into their new Houses. A former Bellefeuille himself, Créatures Magiques Professor couldn’t help but be delighted when someone was placed in that particular House. Naturally, he rooted for the other two Houses as well. “Do you think Léo will fall out of that tree?’’ he asked his best friend and colleague mildly, as he tilted his head to study the student. Without realising it, Sahil was mirroring Emi: bouncing off the heels of his feet. Except Sahil wasn’t looking grumpy; just thrilled. No worries. He had all the delight for both him and Emi, as Emi had all the grumpiness for them both. “Now I’m thinking back to the time Zoomie got stuck in that tree and you rescued him for me. Thank goodness for your height.” He patted Emi on the arm. |
