As much as she appreciated her parents' willingness to let her stay with either of them as long as she wanted, Florence had no desire to remain there longer than necessary. Continuing her studies into university was non-negotiable, but that still left her the option of a part-time job to begin saving money. It would take time, but she was determined to accomplish it.

She had been picky about the places she applied to though, so it was almost a relief, then, when she received an offer from the Owl Post Office. It seemed like an interesting place to work, in her opinion, and she was confident that she was qualified enough for it.

That was why she was not nervous as she briefly surveyed the shop from the outside. She was certain she could handle whatever the new proprietor wanted, whomever they were.

After a quick glance at her reflection in the shop window - her hair was pulled back, not a strand out of place - Florence entered the shop, noting the man with slightly messy hair and the woman already present. The staff meeting, almost certainly.

"Good morning. I'm Florence Schultz." She offered her hand.
