But rather than dwelling on sadness, he chose to remind himself that he’d simply make the best of what was left of the subject’s - and all the others he took - curriculum. Which was why he flamboyantly made his way in the direction of the Sanctuary, with Jan beside him. Just two besties about to soak in all the knowledge together for the zillionth time!

Menon got a finger wiggle-wave, sure the man was going to be bombarded with kneazle-cat questions once Idris arrived. In fact, Ary wouldn’t be surprised if Jan’s brother asked to pet the creatures before the lesson started. Acknowledging the other students there with another one of his usual greetings, he went to stand at a desk beside Rory’s. He poked her in the process on the arm before looking around for signs of today’s topic.
