Rose got up from the bench she was sitting on, an ornate wooden bench outside of Ollivander's, and walked over to the kebab stand. "One Kebab please, with extra Tahini sauce!" She was thinking about buying her first wand. She recently got her acceptance letter to Hogwarts and her parents were at the flats, filling out the temporary housing application. The three of them had decided to live at the flats while shopping for school supplies. It would be a temporary arrangement, but more home-like than staying in a hotel.

Rose looked up at the shopkeeper and handed over the money.

"I hope I make friends soon....." she muttered desperately.

She was tired of being so solitary. Never communicating to anyone outside of her parents was horrible.

Rose was not neurotypical. She had a case of autism spectrum disorder. A communication neurological disorder that prevented her from having a social life.
