RULES & EXPECTATIONS

IC Rules

• Prompt: Early = On time. Posting your character as arriving late will cost 2 points.
• Attire: School uniforms are required to wear. Comfortable attire is allowed on active days. Just don't wear your pajamas or swim attire to class, or you'll be dismissed from the lesson.
• Food: Unless given permission, make sure you've eaten prior to arrival. If you bring food, it had better be enough to share with the class or it'll be vanished from your hand. If you're hungry, please ask before digging into the animal food. We can't recommend that it tastes good.
• Respect: your Professors, your peers, and more importantly, yourself. If you don't want any trouble, then don't bring or encourage it. All creatures have a heart, we know you do, so treat all creatures with the same care and respect as you would like for yourself.

OOC Rules

• New & Returning Students, read up on the SSRPG & SS Site Rules. Such rules apply here in class.
• Do be careful with mixing IC (in-character) as OOC (out-of-character). IC actions are handled via my character's canon and not meant to be taken personally OOC. If a matter is OOC, you will receive a pm from me to ease any concerns.
• Plagiarism (word-for-word answers / changing a couple of words from another's response) is not accepted. Always make the effort to put the answer(s) in your own character's words (no matter how creative they come across). This also applies to AI assisted tools; use them responsibly!
• If the class has already started, simply post as if your character had already been there (like they were quiet) all along! As long as your post doesn't say they are just arriving, it's okay.
• One student character per lesson. Be sure to label in the title of your posts the character's name and house. This will ease confusion and ensure the correct house earns the appropriate class points.

Points Value

Per Lesson, you may earn up to 40 points! However, this can only be awarded for one of your student characters, so choose wisely who will attend. Depending on the classroom format, the points will be adjusted to distribute 40 points equally. Homework used to be assigned OOC for additional points, but is referenced canonically. The following is how the points are typically broken down:

• Arrival / Greeting: Posting at the beginning prior to lesson starting earns you 4 points.
• Question(s): Character answering / thinking of the question(s) for up to 8 points.
• A1: Practice & Mini-Activity. 1-2 posts minimum for up to 10 points.
• A2: Main Activity. 1-3 posts for up to 18 points.
• That's it! 4+8+10+18 = 40 for all the minimum posts completed.
