He looked around before his eyes caught what looked to be the offending vines, before saying, "Professor, I hope you don't take too many points from me for this." Pointing his wand in the direction to perform the right wand movement, "Impendimenta!" Because well, he was sure they weren't going to take the spells lightly, followed by, "Diffindo!"
