The view of the old abandoned shack was breathtaking. It was a bit creepy, but in a tragically beautiful sort of way. The periwinkle blue sky in the backdrop was a perfect juxtaposition to the eerie house in its run-down state.
Xerxes walked right up to the wooden waist-high fence and looked out at the landscape. He kicked the dirt absentmindedly and tapped the top of the fence with his finger. He was really enjoying his first visit to Hogsmede so far. He didn't have much time until he would have to start making his way back to school, but he did still want to make the most of every second until that time.
On this bright and clear day, Tony had taken to chasing Goose across Hogsmeade. Not because the feline was making another bid to be cheeky, or to make him chase after him but rather because the shopkeeper had taken the decision to have a healthier life. AKA jogging. Tony was jogging.
“Wait up, Goose,’’ Tony wheezed as he clutched a stitch in his side. He was not cut out for this level of physical exertion. This was surely the terriblest idea he had ever had.
The cat however had no inkling of listening to him. As they both neared the Shack, Goose gave a grand leap towards someone standing close to the fence. That leap just might see the cat landing on their shoulders!
“Look…” *WHEEZE* “Out!” *WHEEZE* Was the warning too late?
