It was the last frame. Damolces stepped up to the mouth of the bowling lane and took his first shot. To his astonishment, he got his very first strike of the whole game. While he was very excited, the emotion he was feeling most strongly was surprise. He turned back to Winnie, mouth hanging open, and just stared in shock.
That sounds good to me. I just acquired a new position in The Ministry as well. I'm excited to start working. Winnie watched Damolces take his turn. She was in total shock that he had gotten his first strike. Then Winnie clapped her hands congratulating him.
