39. Feast
{Group 08, Prompt 04}
“Starving, are you?”
Jude nodded, his mouth too full of delicious dumplings that Evan had made for him and Davet. He instead pointed his chopsticks in the direction of the noodle bowl.
“You want me to make you spicy Ramen?”
Again Jude nodded, which made Evan snigger.
Soon, he was back not just with Ramen but with Kimchi fried rice, bulgogi and bibimbap; all placed on the dining table before Jude. “Surprise! I made you a feast. I know taking care of newborn twins would make you and Davet very hungry.”
Jude couldn’t speak but he was grateful for Evan.
