Jasmine Springer did not have the nostalgia that her other new colleagues felt - whether it'd been 15 years or closer to fifty decades. She did however have the excitement of seeing Hogwarts for the first time. Which although she'd been here at the feast on schedule, her brown eyes were gazing in wonder and amazement. She'd of course already met all her new colleagues a couple weeks before, so there was little need for introductions. She'd had a tour of the castle as well.
Large brown orbs followed the creatures professor down to what she knew to be the house of Slytherin, and she curiously wondered what was the fires to be putting out. Forbidden forest? Would students surely attempt to venture into something that had forbidden in the name. Actually judging from the audacity and curiosity of teenagers - perhaps just humans in general - that would be a yes.
"My oh my, this food... looks incredible. Guten appetit, my esteemed colleagues."
She would be back to quiet observations for now, until she warmed up and then they'd be wishing she was her initial quiet self again
