Name: Amaris Dubois
Birthdate: 29 July 2103
Nationality: American
Blood Status: Half-blood
House: Wampus
Grade: Twelfth Grade, Class of 2121

Background: Raised in a household steeped in ancestral magic and spirit-work, Amaris grew up in New Orleans amid whispered spells, flickering candles, and protective wards of salt and ash. Though never pressured to follow the family's path, she was born with a natural attunement to the unseen, learning early how to read not only people, but the silences they left behind. Bold and quick-tempered, she trusts her instincts fiercely and refuses to bite her tongue when something feels wrong. Her fiery spirit and deep-rooted sense of purpose made Wampus the clear choice at her Ilvermorny sorting. Passionate and unapologetically outspoken, Amaris wears her heart on her sleeve, though guarded by sharp wit and thorns she's not afraid to wield when necessary.
