~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ Claimed by Bits ❤️ ~ Queen of Typos ❄ Magical Mosh Pit ❄ The brief trip to the French Ministry of Magic could not have been put off apparently, as his expertise had urgently been needed to appraise an old dagger that had been recovered. It was Goblin made and dated back to slightly more than one thousand years. Over the course of the last year or so, he had been called more frequently to various Ministries for such jobs, and Hartley was immensely pleased to see that his many years of studies and dedication were paying off. It was with this same bubbliness and warmth feeling within that he Apparated back to the UK but before he headed home, he made one important stop.
Minutes later, the Historian was turning his key to the apartment he shared with the love of his life. “I’m home, love,’’ he called. His face soon-ish crinkled with a frown. “Daf?’’ Hart called a little louder. The boyfriend was usually there to greet him. Or maybe he had stepped out for a bit to stretch his legs? Or perhaps he was in the bedroom? Hartley made his way towards it then… why was it so buzzy here? It clearly had nothing to do with bees so that meant…the Muffliato Charm? He paused. What was Daf upto? Hmmm… then Hart would just have to play along. “I brought you something.” A bouquet consisting of a dozen fresh red roses. It was a cliché he knew but the old fashioned way of expressing one’s love was still golden.
And so in love with Dafydd Johanson Hartley was. |
