~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ Claimed by Bits ❤️ ~ Queen of Typos ❄ Magical Mosh Pit ❄ Hartley didn’t know about Daf being the luckiest person but it was certainly the way he himself felt. Meeting, and winning Daf over, were by far some of his biggest accomplishments in life. So it would make sense that he feel that way. Then again, they both could be lucky together, right? He smiled warmly, his heart alight and happy. “For you,’’ the Historian echoed, meaning it very much. Daf had changed his life completely, had humbled him, had made him want to settle down. The latter was something he had not ever seen himself wanting to do prior. “Then I guess I’ll be making your day for the rest of your life because I’ll be putting in that effort each day.” That was just a little reminder that the boyfriend had made him a better human.
The apron strings magically tied themselves as Hart stood there wiggling his brows at Daf. “Right?” Playfully, he carefully did a three-sixty degree turn so that Daf would be able to get a proper view. “I’ll be happy to wear this more often.” In other words, he’d be happy to cook more meals for them. “Get ready to have your taste buds blown, love!’’ Grinning, he got to work… ‘hard work’, that is. “Sure you wouldn’t,’’ Hartley said good naturedly, waving his wand so that ingredients soared through the air to land on the countertop. “Let’s see how long it’ll take before you distract me.” It was a challenge because he loved having those with Daf. Throwing his boyfriend a coy smile, Hart began setting up pots and pans on the stove. |
