She sighed and shook her head, pulling her focus back to the fallen tome as Ms. Marchand picked it up and Ms. Montmorency spoke, her words making the astronomy professor curious.
“Thank ye, Ms. Marchand,” she remarked as she moved closer, grateful for someone willing the rescue the apparent victim of gravity from the shelves. “What did ye find there?” she asked with slight eyebrow raise. Had a page fallen from the book? Was it damaged?
