 Which came first, the phoenix or the flame?
Brandon strolled into the quidditch stands before the lesson started, for the first time in about of a month. He nudged past some people already there, feeling too cool to acknowledge them, and sat down on the fringes of the group (next to a first year). He rolllled his eyes at the kid mentioning leaving class, nevermind that Brandon hadn't even been here the last time. "Skipping is definitely against the rules," he said with a smirk, nudging Sohrin gently with his elbow. "You're too young for that kind of stuff." That didn't mean Sohrin shouldn't do it! In fact, Brandon would be amused to watch him get in trouble for that. Was he aware that the professor was here already? Yup. That made it even more interesting if people were going to skip.
He gave a small head nod and "evening, professor" greeting to the 'owl', then settled back into his bench-seat with a slouch. It may have been a trick of the evening light, but he didn't seem to have a shadow. |
