Brandon was such a worry wart. The blonde offered him a reassuring smile before the mirror did its rippling thing and her attention was immediately drawn back to its shiny surface and the sudden white blinding light that almost knocked her off her feet.

She shuddered off the experience, dusting off her skirt and wrinkling her nose at the dirt that had collected in its pleats. Disgusting. As was the state this dreary old castle was in. The House Elves were clearly slacking and needed to be taken down a notch or two. Perhaps she’d have to go inform the Headmaster of the terrible commitment, or lack thereof, from the creatures.
