The eggy soldiers were an absolute delight and Solomon had forgotten how much he loved an early breakfast in the great hall. He wasn’t used to such culinary delights at home, that’s for sure.

He was already moving onto some crunchy cereal when his friend had joined him, far too engrossed in what he was doing to NOT be taken by surprise when she came up behind him. Solly jumped a little and dribbled a sufficient amount of milk down his chin. “Urrnnfff,” the sound came out a little muffled but he managed to peer up to see who it was while wiping the milk away. Of course it was Aurora. She was lucky to be herself right now, otherwise Solly might have been annoyed.
