But it would also have to be something that looked decent with red considering she didn't want to clash with her own robes. "How's your summer going already, by the way? You and Kion been up to anything fun?"

Maria was still wiping her nose and eyes with her handkerchief when Vera offered her a clip that she could put on her nose against the heavy perfume smells. Smiling she said "Thanks Vera, I think I'll be okay in a minute, if not I'll take you up on borrowing that nose clip. Where have you got a nose clip anyway?" Luckily if Maria borrowed the clip than Kion wasn't there to stare at her nose contraption.

The further they got into the store, and the more space they put between them, and the perfumes display made Maria's nose thank merlin stop itching enough that she'd sneeze. It would be hard to focus on the errand she was her with her friend to buy if she kept sneezing. Raising her brows in suprise and mild confusion Maria asked "Now you want to dye your hair red and gold like the lions, but I thought you wanted pink or more black?" Nodding she considered her question. "I think it's still popular to just dye some strands of hair another colour. It seems sensible too because then you can feel in you like the colour your trying out or not. Didn't your housemate Remy dye her hair last year?" Or had Maria misremembered? Could she get her daddy's to allow her to dye a few strands of her bushy big hair blue or bronze? Nah, maybe it'd look super weird. That was why nailpolish was safer.

Thinking about Kion made Maria's face glow with warmth. "We had a date at floreans just the other day actually. I think I'm in love with Kion..." Oops she hadn't meant to blurt that out.. "Erm, so what's going on with you and Logan? Any news?"
