For now, that was where he was going to remain standing. He was testing the waters so to speak and assessing the situation. As for as he could tell though, a certain someone didn't seem bothered by his own movement. Or maybe she hadn't noticed. Or maybe she was purposefully ignoring him for some reason.
Not wanting to linger on the latter, the boy directed his attention back to his mum. Fortunately he had managed to catch onto the last of what she had been saying, so he was digging in his brain for all the information he knew about the creatures. It didn't take too long for him to speak up as he recalled seeing them at Scamander Zoo when he was younger. Odds were they had at least one of their own at some point at home too.
"Fire salamanders are typically scarlet red, though its colour varies depending on the heat of its birthing fire," Logan stated. "Frost salamanders are blue in colour, which is fitting for the freezing conditions it lives in. There are also Amazonian and Peruvian salamanders which are green and purple respectively."
