Anashti l Brat Pack l Sally & Dr. Finklestein She wasn't really expecting to get to see Raj very long, if at all, even if he'd made the point to mention in his letter that he would be trying to be there for Hogsmeade weekends. He had two younger sisters she knew were the reason for the visit, and he'd of course want as much time with them as possible. And yet that knowledge still hadn't seemed to stop her from taking extra care of her appearance that morning in the hopes of a brief encounter. And it hadn't stopped her from having sat herself on High Street on one of the open benches with a warm to go cup of cocoa while she just happened to hope she'd spot him.
She knew she'd miss him, he having been one of her first friends at Hogwarts when she'd transferred the previous year. But she supposed she hadn't been quite expecting how quiet the halls would sound without him and Jude around. Especially after only a year of really knowing them.
With a small sigh, she raised her cup to her lip and blew on it to try to cool down the liquid inside before taking a small sip. While she might have felt a little anxious, she was the picture of composed - one leg crossed over the other and her large tan sweater wrapped warmly around herself. It was definitely a cold day, but she liked the air brisk. And warming charms certainly kept her comfortable.
