| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict Waiting had never really been one of Wynter’s strong points, and standing in the queue for a wand was no different. The only thing that had saved the shop from complaints was the fact she acknowledged she couldn’t make her brother wait in line for her. Or Onyx, even though she figured her wand ought to be similar to her sister because identical twins. That was how things worked, right? But anyway, the petite blonde had waited, pretending she was just waiting in the wings for her cue in any of the stage plays she’d taken part in. Mum and Andrew were outside, and Onyx was behind her, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t pretend. Acting was basically pretending, after all.
The arrival of the measuring tape to measure her elicited almost a bored reaction. It was just like the costuming department, except instead of getting costumes out of the matter she was getting her wand. Still, basically the same. She knew how to stand still. Except the costumers really needed to know her facial structure. Maybe the makeup department then. Either way, she was looking at it all as a means to an end. Plus, there was the enticement of accessories once she’d actually gotten her wand. Those were important, after all. Protecting an investment, like papa always said. Wands were supposed to last.
