“Pretty much,” she confirmed, “though there are other things to do, like Florian’s Ice Cream and the bowling alley.” Fun things besides shopping in the wizarding world. Just in case she was thinking it was all about school. Not to mention Nadia thought both things were also muggle too…familiar things.

some getting used to? Well, that was the understatement of the century. Nora raised her eyebrows and nodded.
"You have no idea," she muttered. Or, she assumed Nadia had no idea. It was highly unlikely that this other girl was as shocked about being a witch as Nora was.
"I wonder if they'll be many other muggleborns at the school..." Her voice trailed off as she thought this one over. If there were, how would she find them? She couldn't exactly stand up on the house table and give a yell.
"Ice cream and bowling?" she said, the words coming out as more of a statement than a question. So the people of the magical world did normal things after all? Somewhere in her mind, she'd gotten the impression that they spent their days casting spells and brewing potions. Well, they probably did those things, too...
"That actually sounds really fun! Do you ever stop at either place?" she replied. Nora wasn't really a fan of bowling, but if it'd bring back some normalcy to her life, she was willing to give it a try!
