It probably came as a surprise to no one that Pablo Leventis was not a reader for the sake of just... being a reader. He would admit that it was a necessary evil at times, because how could you further your intelligence to later impress other people unless one TRIED to apply themselves? But that didn't mean he wanted to spend all his free time with his nose buried in a book. Instead, he could be out by the lake or on a boat - his true happy places. Which was why when he'd been in to Flourish and Blotts earlier, he'd been trying to make quick work of his new book list.
.. only to then misplace the list with all of his other supplies still drawn out on it.
With a groan, he'd had to then go BACK into the book store and comb through every aisle he'd been in previously - picking up books here and there to try to leaf through to see if he'd tried to shove it in between the pages for... whatever reason. He'd just finished thumbing through an Arithmancy book when he'd tried to place it back on the shelf, only for it to fall onto the floor behind him unnoticed.
