Mercer's extended arm caused he eyes to cross a bit, unraveling soon enough to look at her friend and ... not quite understanding what he was offering here. Her assumption was a hug of some variety, it was Mercer after all, despite the manner in which he had been looking at her so crossly moments earlier. Accepting the assumed invitation, she scooted closer and dipped under his arm to lean against him. "Your map is very impressive as well."
