That there was the thing, it was hard to know for sure with Bryony whether or not a tantrum could have been avoided. Sometimes yes, other times no. On occasions if she felt in the mood she would carry on for what felt like ever for seemingly no real reason at all. Mostly just because she could. The more often she got her way, the more likely she was to pull out all her tricks to continue getting what she wanted. With Aryan though, most of her fits were never aimed at or about him. Nor did they ever last incredibly long when he was around. There was just something about him, he was her bonded person from the moment she had met him for the first time. Did he know how little he had been? He had been much tinier than her, she remembered that! Really she did! No, really she didn't but she did.
The young boy standing so close to her was very lucky that he was her boyiefwiend. Otherwise she was be incredibly upset with him already. The way he was still hadn't looked at her was very upsetting and if she also didn't like the mooncalf baby as much as she did she may have started crying on purpose right then and there.
Bry nodded. "Uh-huh." If he got to come back tonight then she wanted to come back too! She would have to let her mummy know about that. "Cause you can't just takes her away froms her mama. That's not nice."
