Oh, she knew alright. There was no way she was going to tell Olivia what Reagan was doing though. How embarrassing that would be! Keigh knew nothing about that stuff when it came to herself. Crushes hadn't happened for her as of yet and she had no clue what she liked or didn't like. The same was true about whom she may like. So it was best to keep things as she had said, Reagan had simply felt sorry for the two of them not having dates and being all alone. "Mhmm, she's always looking out for me because I'm the youngest." Yes, that was good. It sounded totally reasonable. As for what she would like to do, well she really didn't know. "I'm open to pretty much anything. This is a dance so that would make sense.. but the lake area is set up really nicely if you haven't been over there yet. Unless you're hungry?" She didn't really have much of a preference on what they did first.
Olivia was completely oblivious to Reagan’s intentions. Would she have minded though? Not at all. At least she would have some company for this evening. It would be annoying to others if she kept butting in on them with their dates. But since Keighley didn’t have one of those, then there was no need for her to worry about that. As for where Reagan was, Olivia assumed the Gryffindor had gone back to having a good time with her own friends.
“You’re the baby of the family? I am too!” How nice that they shared this similarity. “I have an older brother; his name is Oliver.” You know how they said that the youngest was usually the most spoilt? Olivia thought that Keighley didn’t seem that way; or if she was usually spoilt by her family, then she hadn’t developed that haught/stuck up attitude. The Ravenclaw considered the options of activity which they had. “I am a little hungry. We could grab some snacks then head to the lakeside?” It would give them a chance to chat and get to know each other. “Have you taken any photos as yet though? I mean… you need something to remember this night by.” They were right by the booths so why not? Unless Keighley minded taking pictures with a stranger? |
