Keighley was so used to spending nearly all of her time with her big brother Jude that it felt strange whenever she wasn't with him. He had been so down lately and she knew that her presence was helping him. How could it not? She was the bestest sister after all. They always had the best time whenever they were together but she also knew that he needed time alone as well... and so did she.
Which was how she ended up here. Outside near the lake. It didn't matter that it was January and most others thought it was freezing out. That's what a good placed heating charm was for. Out here she had all the space she needed to practice some of her MMA. Not to mention the fresh air did wonders for clearing ones mind.
First she was going to start with something simple. Just some deep breath exercises to get herself focused and ready. Inhale. Exhale.
