Funny thing was that the common room was not entirely an escape since they shared a house and they would inevitably meet there again and again and again. It was pretty fitting that the girl named Valentina would now and forever be associated with red panties for this particular Gryffindor. He had to wonder if she had a tendency to lose underwear...hmm.
"No..." he replied while pushing himself up off the ground and not wanting her attempt to help to maybe pull his arm out of its socket or something. Standing now, brushes his bum from some of the dust collected from his little dip, he glanced back over at her and was a little relieved that she wasn't looking at him. "...do...you need help finding any other underwear?"
