KELPIES! No, surely there weren't any of those water demons mentioned in those little landlocked sheds. Unless they were full of bathtubs with demony critters in them. Still not big enough for kelpies, though.

Mercer looked for Cooper, just wanting SOMEONE to know what he was thinking in the same moment he was thinking it. "LIKE THIS LOVELY LADY SAID, kelpies are demony. But like, they're not bad? I mean, yeah, they like to drown people for funsies and they are mean little boogers when they don't like you, but they're also really COOL. And they've never drowned me PERSONALLY, so I'm fine with it."
