Aria was ready for that. She suspected that Fox might not want to speak to her. Did Aria mind? Not in the least. She was quite happy to lie on the sand and watch the clouds drift lazily by. The sort of mirrored her mood right then: laziness.

Aria ignored the reluctance in Fox’s voice. “Hmm. It kinda does. Though I see it having a wonky looking kind of beak.” Did the Ravenclaw see that too? “Umm…” Ms. McLeod watched as another cloud drift by directly over her. “Because Madam Rowena had a thing for eagles? Or maybe she thought that eagles are sharper than ravens? Aren’t eagles like these brilliant predators?” |
