Truthfully, kudos to the rest of his classmates. Evan had chosen to remain silent during discussion, other than a whispered hello to Ash as well when she had joined. He couldn't think of any practical uses or needs for a pumpkin head, though they'd all certainly been creative enough. Some of the answers were... odder than others, and it seemed most really just gave more of a feel of what they could reasonably expect from the potion. But that seemed worthwhile and helpful on it's own.

When the second question was posed, Evan considered mentioned it'd be easier for a first year to nom on your noggin, his mind still on some of the more chuckle worthy answers, but he didn't think Professor Hernandez would appreciate. He raised his hand, "I imagine you could accidentally make your pumpkin look different colors if not properly brewed. Which if your goal was disguise, might not give the desired affect." Hiding in a pumpkin patch with a giant purple pumpkin head would probably be pretty conspicuous.
