Blushing she said "We'll, I've been practicing the spell for quite some time now, so it isn't a surprise that it'd be effective. I just didn't think it'd be just this effective, you know?" She really hadn't intended for Everything to turn just so pink.
After tossing more articles of clothing into the tub Rosa bent down to pick up two shirts and a pair of panties. Pausing with the panties in hand she rolled her eyes at her brother. "Of course I've tried finite. It was my first thought. It had no effect so that's why I'm here in the laundry." She wanted to avoid going to their aunt if she could help it. "What did you do outside?" It was a carefully cultivated façade, actually, and Ryan was fully aware of his sister’s opinions on his relative unflappableness. Some people had managed to get reactions from him, after all, and he was still reserving judgment on her hair. Obviously, shocking pink was hardly a color he was drawn toward, but he respected her choices. Just as he respected her bafflement at his response. [b]“Of course. Although, I’ve always thought that charm only affected the intended target?,”[b] he’d replied, just as dryly as his earlier statement. “I’m guessing you hadn’t meant to cast on more than just your hair.” Given her apparent confusion as to how this had happened.
Not to mention his guess that she’d been avoiding asking their aunt for help seemed rather accurate. Her eye roll had been expected as well. “Just a suggestion, since I was assuming you’d used a color-changing charm instead of a Muggle way of coloring your hair,” he responded, shrugging the slightest bit. Obviously it was why she was here. That wasn’t the question. “The usual,” was his answer to her question. He knew Aunt Fina wasn’t still out there, but it was a respect thing. Honoring the dead and all that.
