Deep in thought as he was, Blake's arrival startled him a little. Well, not his arrival per say, but definitely when he talked. Ignacio tried to regain his composure quickly, because he didn't want to be seen as uncool, and being startled by your friend was definitely up there on the uncool list.

They were definitely still friends. Something had gone down between Blake and Lumi, although what exactly Ignacio was still unsure about. Lumi had sort of explained it, but Ig had been distracted by thoughts of kissing and hadn't exactly followed it entirely. But Blake and Lumi were a Thing™ and now they weren't. Or something like that.

Either way, Lumi hadn't said Blake had done anything wrong, and even if she had that had nothing to do with him. So friends they remained.

"Do you have your wand?" he asked, turning back to the other boy.
