Ash tilted her head at Serena. “Did you tell them to get their faces painted?” Because if she hadn’t told them to, why would they do it? Made no sense. Ash waved at Serena’s bodyguards. “Hi Stefan and Flavios.” They didn’t look as friendly as Dustin, but then again not many bodyguards did. “I bet Dustin can do face paint.” She turned to him. “Dad, can you do face paint?” He smirked and ruffled her hair, not bothering to correct her. He nodded. “See? If your bodyguards are into face paint or makeup, Dustin could do it.” Unless they didn’t want face paint or makeup. Then they didn’t need to get any.
She also waved at the fireworks guy. “Hi Sir!!! I love fireworks!” She gave him a BIG smile. “Serena, I’m thinking of getting a Phoenix firework in a fake crystal ball. What about you?” She looked back at the fireworks guy. “I like Phoenixes, see?” She showed him her fake tattoo. “I’m gonna get a real one one day.” HEY! Dustin was disagreeing under his breath, she could hear it!!! She pouted. “You can’t say no to this face, can you?”Dad Dustin just laughed. Ash winked at Serena. “I’m getting that tattoo.” Ash was COMMITTED. She had two years to convince him. It was happening. ”Are you ready for fireworks, Serena? This is gonna be EPIC.” She just knew it. She was so sure this would be awesome, she had decided to be happy today. |
