Dahlia was having a hard time seeing anything through her mess of tears. Lets be honest here, she was having a hard time with everything. Focusing was hard. Casting spells was hard. Not crying was hard. Breathing was hard!

She couldn't even tell for sure if any of the spells she had cast had hit there mark. But she did know one thing for sure. The hooded minion that advanced on her bestie had gotten waaaaaaaay to close for comfort. How dare them threaten Tadhg. Nobody messed with those she cared about. Without even thinking about it, Lia stepped in front of Tad, instantly tossing up a shield charm around them both. Not that she had to as the Neo-Alliance person was taken care by Professor Recard.

Whatever she had been feeling earlier, it was gone. All of her emotions had been shoved down until all she felt was anger. All the anger that had been locked away inside of her since the start of the term. She couldn't be scared anymore. She had to be strong. Lia heard Professor Schmoe call out for them all to buddy up. That was easy enough to do. Reaching behind her, she grabbed her buddy's hand intertwining their fingers and squeezing them with all of her might. A very quick glance towards her family told her exactly what she already knew... Lukas with Luna, Elias with Lily and Reagan with Jude.

This was it. It was all or nothing now. Time to face the enemy and show them what she was made of. What they were ALL made of. There was NO WAY she was going to run and hide. Not now. Not anymore.
