you wanna fite? | 💚 nickleback 💚 | Uh, anyway. Everything was happening so fast, and while yoyo saw and felt herself move through each second, it was like watching a memory of herself. She was hearing her words, not saying them. She was being moved, not moving. Surreal, Unreal. Yoyo had never wanted real life to be a dream more than just now.
Cecelia had spoken to her minutes before the break in and it was her words which rattled through the brunette's head louder than any spell casting or screams of pain. She needs our help. People needed her. Emmerson, Kizzy, the younger kids, all her friends- poor, poor kale- Flynn- Tavie-
The Hufflepuff was bristling, her wand seemed to burn the skin of her palm as if raring for the fight. Gritting her teeth, Yoyo tried her best to focus, to become as present as she could. This wasn't the time to sink into herself, hadn't she wanted to fight back all term? Or was that only a story she'd told herself to make sleeping easier? It was time to find out, it seemed. "Stop fighting, you two! We're on the same side!" Yoyo called out to Curtis and Phoebe, she could see the merit in both plans, she knew which one she was most keen on, but many of the younger students looked like they wanted nothing more than to fight. "We need to protect the others- Now!" As she shouted out the last word, Yoyo sent out a vicious looking expulso at one of the wizards throwing cruciatus curses. Wicked, Evil. She wanted them dead and she hated herself for it even in the moment. Heart burning in her chest, Yolanda Luna straightened out her back and looked over the room. It was a mess. Spells everywhere, kids shrieking in pain, the hole Atlas had blown into the next room was like a wound in the castle wall. This was beyond bad. They were sitting ducks in here. Fuller might have had a point. "I've got her!" She called back to Phoebe, her wand moving quicker than her tongue as she sent out a shield charm which enveloped Kizzy James in a flash. With a dancer's grace, Yoyo moved, ducking under spells and just missing bumping into her Cecelia, who's hand she still held. "I've got you." She didn't think she could come up with spells as quickly as the Gryffindor beside her. It was a marvel, really, but she'd do her best. Expulso, the slug vomiting spell- they flew from her wand like so much water, hoping to hit their target.
