Noah had been sitting in a corner with his head cradled in his hands. He didn't even look up when the door opened. He half-expected Rosier to waltz right in again or one of his crazy loonies... but then he heard a voice. SCHMOE? He gaped and then quickly recovered, pretending his expression of pure surprise and shock was one of boredom or tiredness. Yes, he yawned. But then he stopped himself...
The Seventh Year quickly jumped to his feet when he saw not only Schmoe but Recard AND Peralta. WHAT. He blinked for a moment, wondering if they weren't the Professors and just some of the Hoods who had taken a Polyjuice Potion. He wished he had his wand on him...... Just in case they were the Hoods..
However, the "Professors" had their wands...So.... could they be trusted?
And then Varma arrived.... Okay... Hood "Professors" or Professor Professors? They were offering their wands to them.... And they.... He folded his arms and bit his lips, skeptical of the crowd in front of the group as he ran through multiple scenarios in his head. When he finally made his decision, he sighed and unfolded his arms. He was ready to listen. He believed them.... like a medium 58 percentage of trust.
He remained silent, listening to what Schmoe explained, focusing on the words if they could fight.. He was about to ask Schmoe a burning question that he had had... but he was gone - err - well tripping in pure Schmoe smile. Watching him go brought a fond smile to the Seventh Year's lips. However, he was still sort of upset. Why act now? Why choose now when students had been tortured? Nope... He shouldn't ask it... Nope...
But what about the students that vanished? the students that had gotten severely hurt and ended up in the hospital wing???
Don't do it.
.... He asked the question.
"
Thanks...." he nodded stiffly before looking to Peralta, Recard, and Varma. He bit his lip. He should hold his tongue.. He should hold it... but he couldn't... "
So a battle it is and we must go.... But... Why are you helping us now?" He needed to understand and he was hesitant of blindly trusting them or anyone outside of this room.
