Violet was standing dully on the right side of the room. Professor Recard hadn't responded to her answer, which normally would have bothered her, but she didn't care. Frankly, after being banished to the room in the depths of the underground, Violet found it hard to care about any of her classes. She didn't know why they were even bothering to take them to classes anymore--it's not like they were concerned about their education. In fact, if not for her regard for Recard, Violet would not have bothered to do any work in class at all. She used to be full of ambition, but now there just didn't seem to be any point in it all.
