Things had quickly gone from bad, to worse, to horrible, to something Dahlia couldn't even put into words.

She stood there was tears already in her eyes as she watched her friends being pulled away, other friends going against what was happening and being hit or punched for it AND then being taken away too!

As if this wasn't enough... Williamson was being tortured right there in front of her eyes. The first year had to bite down on the inside of her cheek to keep the tears at bay. Why? Why was all of this happening? What had they all done that was so wrong? Why Williamson? Why her friends? Why any of them?!

Lia had to force herself to look away. Only looking away put in right in the line of sight to see her bestie get punched right in the stomach by an evil hooded minion. That's when the tears fell hard and fast down her cheeks. Her small hand was still grasping at his when he was pulled away from her. This wasn't fair.

All she could down now was stand there in Tadhg's waaaaay too large for her hoodie and cry. Which is exactly what she did until she was ushered back inside. This was all too much. Excuse her if she went up to her dorm now and never came back out.
