That was right, she was going wild and eating seafood from a potentially dodgy street vendor - le gasp. As they said, you only live once ~~and she was a daredevil former Gryffindor who was dating a student healer, so she knew she would be fine~~.

Had Anna asked her question aloud, Kalen's answer would have been books. Duh...the boy read. A lot. And not just for school either. But she hadn't asked and so he focused on answering her questions about potions and incantations. "Well, A) because most pirates were no-majs and B) there are actually no records of how pirates actually talked so all the 'yo-ho-ho shiver-me timbers walk the plank stuff is all made up." He reached into his pocket and produced a few coins to pay for their cauldron breads. "Broccoli Cheese please," He said handing over the coins to pay for both of their lunches.
