Well, that was straight rude, wasn't it? Phoebe opened her mouth and then immediately shut it with a snap. She wasn't nearly one of the five WORST people at the school and didn't deserve to have her name put on the board. What had she done to deserve that? Nearly got Bernie killed. Lost all her teeth. Broke all her fingers. Her ribs still ached when it rained.
So yeah, maybe she was in the top five worst people at this school. But she was TRYING. Honestly.
