He could not blame anyone for hating this, but as the instructor he had to step in. “Mr Kingsley, let me help you.” He picked up his own Muggle broom, walked over to the first year and demonstrated the correct way to sweep. “Place your dominant hand halfway down the stick and the opposite hand on the upper end. Move your arms back a short way and sweep forwards along the ground, while transferring your body weight onto the front foot.” He was no expert in cleaning, but was decent at some Muggle sports that involve hitting a ball with a long stick. Hopefully he sounded like he knew what he was talking about.

“Mr Yoon, why don’t you work with Mr Kingsley to hone your sweeping skills together?” Aguilar said to the seventh year who looked dangerously angry. Working with another student in the same situation might help defuse the tension.
