It really was just a horrible situation all around, wasn't it?

Ivy had figured the professors were walking a fine line of their own, but actually listening to Professor Recard's words made it all the more real. Trying to imagine one of Rosier's goons taking her place in particular if something happened to her was...well, frankly, kinda terrifying. It was for any of the professors' positions, but especially the Healer... And that was even assuming the Not!Headmaster even would fill that position. He might not; he might just let them suffer if they became sick or were injured. That seemed like the policy of the hooded creeps already.

So now she was even more nervous about whether Recard's chosen punishment(s?) would be enough. Because if it wasn't....

Her feelings were not helped by Kale suddenly offering himself to take the Cruciatus Curse. Ivy almost opened her mouth to protest, but she was stopped by Professor Aguilar's entrance with his own statements on the subject.

Thank Merlin. That first DADA lesson...still haunted her, and she didn't want to watch anyone else being hurt with that spell ever again. She'd rather be hit with it herself.

She glanced at Aboli, surprised by her sudden change in tone, but otherwise remained silent and still, waiting for what punishment awaited them.
