 Constant Vigilance! O_O AWAKE!
Mamie wasn't sure why someone would need to know what an animal was feeling or thinking, outside of creatures class. And then they had to just learn how to tell. She tapped her feet around under the desk, nervously thinking while she listened to everyone's ideas.
Self-preservation was an excellent reason to talk to wild animals. Unlike the others, Mamie didn't think that all wild animals would want to threaten her. But, wild animals were known for their wilderness skills. She raised her hand. "If you're lost in the forest and there's nobody around, it would be nice to ask the animals where to find water, or even for directions." She wondered if the animals in the Forbidden Forest could give them some good directions. |
