Mamie tried to think of reasons why anyone would want to turn someone or something into an animal. She thought it might be nice for friendship reasons, like if you were alone with a rock, then you could be alone with a hedgehog instead. Surely there was a more practical reason, though...
She raised her hand. "Professor, if you're falling..." Like because someone ripped your broom out from under you... "You might want someone to turn you into a bird instead so you can fly to safety." Hmmm...she wondered if they could turn someone into an owl...and send them flying with a note. |
